Description

The fifth route from the right at the Rose Hill Crag. This line heads up a gully before stepping up on slab.

Protection

7 or 10 bolts to chains. The bolting is a bit odd. The first bolt is comparatively high but ascends moderate terrain. There is a hangerless bolt prior to it.

How is feedback a problem? The positive comments should reinforce what you did, the negative ones should make you question doing something again. Feedback is good! It's what this site is all about. Jun 28, 2008
Always love the feedback on the routes on the Mt. Good or bad , the problem is no matter how good a route is someone is going to put their two cents in! Jun 9, 2005

Climbed this yesterday. Unfortunately, it was really difficult to figure out where the route went. seems unlikely that this could be a problem on a sport route, but it was.

At least one bolt placement was messed up (looks like he sunk the bolt too deep) and the resulting mess was not cleaned up.

Also, several of the bolts were impossible to see from the clipping stance.

As much as I hate to say bad things about a route, we did our best to decipher it, but in the end we had to agree that it just wasn't a very good route.Sorry. :-( Jun 6, 2005
