Description

This is the overhanging section just to the left of the cleft. The holds are not very visible from below, and when you do find them they are small and sharp. the line goes straight up, passing the right edge of a small arch about 2/3 of the way up. This route seemed a lot harder than 5.9.

I thought it was a LOT harder than 5.9, with some desperate long reaches. Mar 22, 2010

I thought it was a little more difficult than a 5.9, but not by much once I dialed in on the beta. None of the moves were terribly hard, but there is a committing move to a jug at the tail-end of the crux. Once you are there, you've pretty much completed the route with 5.7/5.8 style climbing afterwards. Very cool route! Jan 22, 2018
