This is the middle route on Chockstone Dome, and also the shortest. Head straight up the bolts, with the crux coming after the third bolt.

Most of the rock is solid on this route, but since we're talking Pinnacles Rock, solid is a very relative term.

Once over the top, head straight back to the top anchors.

6 bolts to a 2 bolt top anchor. Anchor is shared with all the other routes on the chockstone dome.

I'd say it feels more like 5.7 than 5.8 as well. Walk The Plank, 5.5, to the left, is a little more fun, I think. Both are very well protected and on mostly good rock. May 23, 2016

Decided to have a look at this rock today for fun. The moves through the first couple bolts are relatively fun, then the rest is honestly really boring. Could be great for a beginners first lead. Feels 5.7. Nov 12, 2015

A really fun, enjoyable route. Stepping down then up to the first bolt makes things a bit spicy. I gave it a 5.7 PG rating. Sep 20, 2011
A quintessential first outdoor lead. Oct 29, 2008
