Description

Easy route with large cracks and rock outcroppings for holds. BEWARE: there is a large flake about 2/3 of the way up that is cracked on the left side from the top of the flake to the bottom of the flake. It seems like several hundred pounds of rock is ready to fall at any time. Avoid using this flake.

Protection

4 bolts to anchors with rap chains.

Top rope could be set from anchors by walking around to the top (very easy 1 min hike).

[Hide Comment] Whats the deal with this hanger? Did it fall out due to crap rock around it or did someone remove it for some reason, or was the nut just loose until it fell off or a noob removed it for whatever reason?

I have a ton of bolts and can replace it or give them to someone who frequents the area more than I do so they can replace it. Anyone know if the rock is in good shape and can support a sleeve bolt or would a glue-in be a better option. I have both. Jan 11, 2015

[Hide Comment] OK, chains added to the top of the route and a hanger added to the 4th bolt as you exit over the top left. The bottom bolt is slightly larger than my 3/8 nut so I couldn't add a bottom (first) hanger. The bolt is loose enough to spin with enough torque but doesn't pull out. Should be fixable with the right (metric?) nut. 1/25/2015. Jan 25, 2015

[Hide Comment] Added first hanger. For the record, it's a 10mm bolt/nut.

[Hide Comment] Thank you to whoever added a bolt/hangar above the anchor, not sure how long it’s been there. Was doing some tope rope solo and it made setting the anchor significantly less sketchy. Perfect distance to transition to the anchor for rappel too. May 21, 2022
