Description

Watch out for barndooring! Fun liebacks in a open book dihedral. "Jungle Book" is pumpy and physical but can be finessed with good fingerlock technique. A very enjoyable crack climb.

Protection

Three bolts on top for setting up a toprope. Bring long slings. Thin crack/pin scars. Pro up to 2 1/2" mostly smaller pieces.

[Hide Comment] Scary lead in soft sandstone. Top-rope is now easy to set up on new bomber bolts with permanent biners. I never get tired of this strenuous lie-backing to a balancy step right into the small cave. Lower off and do it again without rest until you look like popeye! Aug 26, 2002

[Hide Comment] rly fun but bold lead! also, loose bolts!! right top anchor bolt is rusted out/spinner. Back it up using the other bolts on top, the ones you rappel from to reach the anchor. i'll only lower off the current hooks. Jun 17, 2020

[Hide Comment] Top roped last month. A short route. Use long slings to avoid rope drag. If not, send stone will start eating your rope up. Jan 2, 2021
