The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start in the same spot as For Whom the Poodle Tolls and traverse right in horizontals about six feet until you are under a dual crack system. Get some marginal gear in the right crack, then ascend the left crack over a bulge until you can reach a jug in the right crack (crux). Step into the right crack and follow it to the top.
This route can be TR'd after doing FWTPT.
