The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
To approach this climb, tunnel under a large boulder left of the main Gilligan's Island face. This route climbs a red stained arete on the higher face.
Interesting moves past the first bolt leads to average slab climbing. Interest is kept alive through the first three bolts as they all appear quite decrepit and the second seems to have a crack.
