Near the center of the crag are two parallel cracks. The right hand one is rotten, steep and unclimbable near the ground and the left one reaches down to a boulder at the base. Start off the boulder and climb up and then right into the crack. A ways higher step right into the cleaner right hand crack in brown varnish and continue straight to the top. A rappel anchor is to the right on a ledge. 2 ropes (120') to the ground.

Standard rack to 3".

We mistakenly continue straight through the left hand roof. Still 5.8, but the overall the rock is somewhat loose although a considerable quantity was knocked to the ground by the second. May 30, 2005
Sounded like this from the top."Shit...rock....rumble, crack, boom!, Shit...rock...rumble, crack boom!" Mar 30, 2004

Accessing the hand crack was probably 5.9. If the route cleaned up a bit I would give it a star (one star out of five) but there is currently way too much choss to contend with enroute to the top. Mar 29, 2004
