The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

I've climbed this route a number of times and always enjoyed it. It's well protected and is, actually, 10b. One can attain the first bolt by moving up the obvious ramp right to left.
