Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures
Details
The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Well protected liebacks and underclings lead to a 10' roof which is surmounted. Rope drag is a major factor without the use of runners on virtually every piece. The route was done with zero bolts and later retro-bolted by a major local.
Protection
Bolts and fixed pins. Bring lots of runners and use them liberally. You may want a couple of TCU's for the roof.
