Black Rocks is in the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve redcliffsdesertreserve.com/. No climbing is allowed at Black Rocks from March 15 through June 30 in order to provide an undisturbed environment for Desert Tortoise en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gophe… mating.

In addition, all pets in the Reserve must be kept on a leash at all times.

Description

Basalt edges and pockets. Probably not worth the effort to set up the top rope since Standing on Faith (directly left and shared anchor) is more straightforward to set up and is more fun.
