The normal descent is shown in green. There can be potential avalanche danger getting to the base of the route, between the two tiers, and at the top of the last pitch. Buyer beware!

We did this route on November 6th, 2007. If you free solo the easy slab at the beginning of the route, it's posssible to climb the entire route in 2 roped 60 meter pitches, linking the 2nd and 3rd pitches into one incredible pitch.

Breaking trail to Black Lake all day 28-October-2006. Summer trail to Mill's Lake now well-packed (until more snow drifts in!). River route not yet compact and solid. All Mixed Up looking good . . .

Christa leads the third pitch to the base of the final "crux" pitch, which she also led.

Conditions 10/16/4. Would be nice to have a conditions picture option instead of this action photo or beta photo only, especially for ice climbs.
