This is the route that worked for me in early August 2021. From Fraser, take FR 8, which turns into 'Waterboard Rd.' and passes Devil's Thumb trailhead. When it crosses Hamilton Creek, take a left onto FR 128 until it reaches FR 848, and turn right.

If you have a 4x4, Hurd Creed Rd. is the fastest but can be confusing because the public roads go around private property, and the road is pretty rough - high clearance is required. Waterboard Rd. is very mellow, easy to get through, and less confusing.
Dirty Soks accessing the upper wall late March of 2020. Took us about two hours to skin up then 20 minutes back down.

Up Hurd Creek road there are these sings about private property, but they clearly state it is a public road. Follow it to the right. If you see a "dead end" sign, you're on the wrong road.
