Thatchtop NE Gully, 17 Dec 2017. 30 meters WI3. At the top of this pitch was a rat’s nest of tat with two oval biners to rap off. Didn’t climb higher due to high winds. There might have been more ice higher, but didn’t see it.

The WI 3 first pitch that consists mainly of snow bonded to the rock.

The first pitch in fat conditions. The approach in 2012 fall season was all scree - no snow slogging. The low angle ice above was also fat and fun climbing.
First pitch as of Nov. 4, 2012. Fat conditions for early November.
