This is the view from the bottom of the west face. It's vertical, plenty of holds, used 70 meters of rope for doubled rappel down, Cams DMM 2-4. Only had single rack. Plenty of good placements, was comfortable with long run outs. Natural shelf for travers

Follow the good climber trail to the summit.
The summit is so small it was kinda spooky in the fog. Couldn't see anything but what we were standing on and it drops probably 500ft onto the south slopes.
Hoofed it up to the PCT intersection with a few sections of snow covered trail.
Looking up at the spire from just below shale. Left side is party void mostly stars, right side is west ridge scramble/5.5 climb.
