Judy Karpeichik at the high crux. This involves a huge reach to a jug. Or, if you don't have the reach, locking off on a horrible hold to reach the jug.

After you stand up on your free foot, there's a good right hand above. AdamShep cruising the first crux.

Right hand crimp, left hand to pocket, left foot up, and stand!

I feel like this is the most strenuous move with small foot holds, pump, and a giant reach.

Right hand, three finger slot. Left hand push off. Right foot on small arete knob. Power through. Get left foot up, flagging right foot to stand. Such a fun crux.

Stand up, and cross to good hold. Make next clip, and continue up the fun.
