The rap chains are right over this lip. 1 60m rap will get you 25 ft from the start of the route.
Rapping to base of route. This can be done by fixing a 70 (60 would be a bit short) at the top of the route and rapping all the way to the base Pitch 1. Climb up with another rope. Back up the single bolt at upper anchor with a medium nut or cam.
