red circle is the snag spot for double rope rap from the top all the way to the bottom. If you break the rap into two separate raps, you probably will not have an issue with this snag spot.
This is the bolted belay station on top of pitch 1. You can't see it from the ground but it's almost directly above the start of the climb, above the small overhanging tree.
