Last easy stretch of Shadow Either pull the roof at the crack or go up the fun easy blocky bits. Both ways are similar difficulty.

Red is if you wanted to do shadow line route, but start at Triumvirate. If high rope drag: blue curve is to a belay spot at a small tree....don't use tree as sole anchor (back it up) (belay tree is part of Tanemund Route).

Yellow route is normal start... tree just downhill from start of Triumvirate. Red is if you wanted to do shadow line route, but start at Triumvirate. Blue curve is to a belay spot at a small tree....don't use tree as sole anchor (back it up)

Looking down round abouts 20-30 ft from the top of shadow line. The last pitch is quite long if you do it in two so bring lots of slings.

1st pitch off of triumverate start: see the rope

At the top of the route, back about 15ft is a solid tree system to anchor off. But you must extend back to the edge of the cliff to manage your follower.

The first smaller belay ledge you can build an anchor on for the second pitch. Right after the traverse from Triumvirate.

Here's a nice ledge to build an anchor on for the 2nd pitch. Very big and roomy

Climbing up the second pitch. Nick stopped and took a pic down at the belay (see blue route curve in my other pic). A better belay might have been at the tree that my rope is going around....but I was already feeling rope drag at the time.

Top of route

Tree to Nate's left is the top of triumvirate. Only a short distance away, you could easily turn hard right instead and go to that tree to finish....and rap down from the station there. Or top out where we are and use the rap station on THE RIB
