View towards the summit from the false summit. This shows the knife edge which I found challenging to fully evaluate when looking at it in person. All the layers of rock blended together similar to how it looks in this photo.

Looking east towards Arrow Peak from Vestal. This shows our variation for the North Ridge route. You could easily cut up more quickly to the high ridge.

This is the weakness we scrambled up from the ramp to get to the high ridge line and false summit. My suggestion is to continue further up the ramp before finding a way up closer to the false summit.
