The "crux" mixed section on P2 in typical mid-winter condtions (5.1-2). This route is usually melted out by mid to late April.

The "narrows" section of Martha. Usually done as my second pitch unless you romp up the snow below (and a 6' section of ice) without a belay. Then it would be the 1st pitch.

Crux of Martha on June 21st, 2008. It was a waterfall, all the steep parts were melted out exposing loose rock. We escaped the crux by climbing rock to the left of the black rock visible at the top of the photo.

This is a fine route!<br>
4 pitches of WI-2, M4. Yeah, it was too good to be true that it might have been an FA., but it was great to climb ice in the sun, especially after we watch 16 other climber turn around on the trail on 10-16-04 due to high wind.
