Very near the end of pitch one, the flake temporarily merges into the wall leaving a fairly large gap that must be crossed. Angela and I both had the same thoughts when we encountered this gap: "Herb and Jan, you're fricken' crazy!!!" I thought this to be the highlight of pitch one!

Taking the classic route

Climber on the left is at the first belay station. The second pitch goes to the large left facing dihedral. The 3rd pitch picks one of the 2 visible chimneys.
