You can use the giant foot hold out right or shoot straight up. The foot hold out right makes for a cool picture.

A good view of the crux move being done without the high foot hold. When you match hands, you can bump one of your feet up. I find the left foot is easier to bump.

Only after you match hands, bump your left foot up, and ease up to the jug on the left out of sight.
