About to enter the choss zone on P3
The last pitch of an adventurous route.
1st pitch: 5.10 fingers<br> 2nd pitch: 10+ face with bolts and mixed gear.<br> 3rd Pitch: 10a left angling and facing fingers corner to easy ramp traversing right to pins. Pull bulge to bolted chossy hands and pull a bulging corner on loose flakes (10+).<br> 4th pitch: 5.8 left angling crack to 5.7R slab.
Me on 1st pitch with the 2nd and 3rd pitches traversing left then back right in blue.
Just before busting out on the right side loose flake jugs.
The beautiful finger crack of the 1st pitch
West Face belays. Linked P1+P2, then all the way to the top. If doing this, bring at least 18 draws, mostly alpine, and prepare for bad rope drag on the final 30 feet of 5.6 to the top. Belaying at the top of the steep section then running a short 3rd pitch may be the best option
P3 is a steep one with a few roofs to pull.
