Fishlips: Get on the wall and work the obvious crimpy ledges near the bolts and the arete on the other side. Don't go too far right, especially once you hit the thick flake. Pull over the top of the arete and finish at the anchor for extreme unction. (Also can be TR from the Extreme Unction anchors, just watch the swing... but its not too bad)
