Approach Beta 1/3: When the Reed Lakes trail levels off there will be a boulder in the middle of the trail (no shame in pushing a bike up that hill). From here aim for the tallest tree that is straight ahead of you.

Approach Beta 3/3: From the clearing follow the trail through tall grass and tundra. Head up the hill and past the tree. Cut left and follow the rock gully to the crag.

Approach Beta 2/3: Once at the tree duck through some brush to a clearing. From here there is a trail that goes right and up the hill.
Approach Beta 1/3: When the Reed Lakes trail levels off there will be a boulder in the middle of the trail (no shame in pushing a bike up that hill). From here aim for the tallest tree that is straight ahead of you.
