You're welcome Jon. Yep, those walls sure are attractive, with many possible routes - really good routes. But I think they are more of an undertaking than most folks around here care for. Lots of people like to climb established routes (esp. if they've been well scrubbed) but are not so keen when it comes to helping create them. The initial wall is just under 200' tall and the SE Buttress is about twice that!

I prefer to do my route development in the non-snaky winter and early spring seasons. Once they start coming out it dampens my enthusiasm to go tromping around in new territory, although I have been known to head out wearing snake gaiters… May 13, 2016
