Careful on the choss folks. The rock surrounding the first bolt on Water Music ripped when the climber was "boinking" with a portion including the bolt sliding down the rope. Somehow the bigger chunks missed us and no one was hurt.
Seriously, there is some lose rock on the routes next to the waterfall, including there arete of Fox Confessor / New Beginnings.
DO NOT climb when people are playing in the water below them on a busy summer day. It's not worth it.

As an FYI the Minnesota Climbers Association is currently in the process of systematically updating aging hardware at Willow to new glue-in bolts more in line for this rock type. That being said, a bolt is only as good as the rock it is in. Be careful climbing over people. If you think there is a chance that you won't be able to stop tourists from walking underneath you on the routes nearer the waterfall...Stay off them for that day and come back when it's quieter. It is also important to note the route still climbs just fine with no change to the grade. If you aren't super familiar with the start, a stick clip may be nice. May 3, 2016
