FA'ing the 2nd pitch.. working through the corners over labor day weekend. 9/7/15
Halfway up the Cracked Tower, we found this rotten choss hole in the right side of the tower.. it looked as if the right side of tower could just shear right off if that hole collapsed. and we still had 30ft to the top. Didnt see that from the bottom.

Halfway up the Cracked Tower, we found this rotten choss hole in the right side of the tower.. it looked as if the right side of tower could just shear right off if that hole collapsed. and we still had 30ft to the top. Didnt see that from the bottom.
awesome alpine flake to a finger tips crack. about 80ft.. (crack looked way bigger from the base..had to aid through it.. a fall would of sent you onto the ledge atop the flake.) 5.8 A0. FA: labor day weekend.
