The best guess, based on Sykes' new guidebook (The Notches) is that it is the climb "Painted Forest". In the guidebook the upper 2 bolts at the crux are not mentioned, but FA-er Paul Cormier has be known to give permission to bolt lines that he has "run out". (Or it could have been an oversight by Sykes, or..I may have the climb wrong.)
In any event, I have solo-TR'ed it and can confirm the grade at about 5.10 to "5.10+" by the 2 bolts. There's a 2 bolt anchor above on a ledge. (which can be reached from the P1 belay of Bolt-in-the-Sky)
See "The Notches" for a full description of P1 and P2. 7 days ago

Does anyone have any information about the route to the right of Bolt in the Sky that goes through the two bolts listed here? My Friend and I climbed this today, straight up to the "quad bolt" anchor. I couldn't seem to match it to a route described here on MP, but it's possible I'm missing something. 7 days ago
