No matter which way you go past the bolt, you want to grab the large horizontal edge above you. Once you have it, the rest is easy.

One quick move and you are now standing on the initial handholds. From here, you can move slightly left, climb straight up, or step right onto another small ledge. Height may be an issue here.
While it is difficult to see in the photo, both feet are off of the ground. The right foot is in one of the bullet holes. This stance makes the opening moves much easier.

Almost there. Grab a nice side pull with the right hand and a crimper to the left. Lean to the left, smear with the right foot and shift up to grab the ledge at the top.
