Brandon rapping off the upper tier of Kaaterskill Falls after we climbed both pitches. The upper falls had just come in the week before and was still creaky. As I led the final 50' you could see water rushing down behind the ice, which was about 12" thick. Temps were b/w 0 and 5 degrees (F), so cold as hell!
