Well, if you're that anal about these things. The first pitch of Schoolroom has been grandfathered in since the 60's & 70's because the original first two pitches of the Hook being rated 5.6 is more in line (difficulty wise) with the rest of Schoolroom. In the old shoes, the crux of the Hook was much harder.

The information about the dates of the first ascents is old news, it's been known for decades. It's in most of the previous guidebooks. Jun 3, 2015
