This is how we rigged our setup - We Built a 3 Sling Anchor from the top railing near the NPS sign. To get the final climber back up - we used a top belay system. Brandon pictured foreground, was hanging via PAS and taking up slack as I climbed back up.

Top roping Pennie's on the patio with a group I was guiding. Pretty solid face climbing 5.9 unless you get lower it becomes a bit more difficult
