A possible river crossing spot (not the crossing described in Webster or Handren) located 0.2 Mi west of Lower Falls. Ideally, you want the "gauge" rock DRY. Hiking poles or sticks highly recommended.
The "New" wooden bridge is no longer encountered if you are on the new logging road. Bridge is about 150 ft west of the non-Webster river crossing, and is 2 min. East of the turn-off for the climber's approach path marked in green on the map.
[Access photo#2 START of approach path ] Biking in used to be a great time saver, but not so much now, after the culverts were pulled from 4 small stream crossings. Two have 2-log bridges and 2 are deep gullies.
Stream, just above the crossing, just before the last steep section on the approach path. WATER is nearly always available here (bring filter).
