For a much easier approach than sliding down the gully to routes, turn left and go downhill, trending right along the cliffline at this point in the trail to access Lower Wall and points west.  I marked the turn with climbing tape, but who knows how long it'll stay up.  There's a tiny bit of bushwhacking, but it's the easiest access I've found.<br>

It's in a big meadow, not quite 2 miles down the trail.
