You may have climbed Free Friends from what I recall of the guidebooks and my time on the east face of Chimney. I think Eye of the Tiger and Free Friends share Pitch 1 and Eye of the Tiger stays right into the shady dihedral. Having never climbed Eye of the Tiger, I can't speak to its quality, but I remember someone in Sandpoint saying it was mossy. But having climbed Free Friends twice now, it's one of the best routes on Chimney.
This is the closest shot I have seen of the east face now that the southern half (Lord Greystroke to East Face Direct) fell off. Did you get a good look at any of the newly exposed south east face?
