Primo desert scenery... these photos were taken with a cheesy disposable camera, so they don't do justice to the Salton.
Nice torn-up spray paint on the mast... LOL. We had been sailing the Confederate Gunboat pretty hard in the weeks prior to our voyage. This shot was a reminder for me to run to the Depot and bag another $3.87 can of tagging material.
Trippy views in every direction... over water that resembled colored glass one moment and molten chocolate the next.
Sailing clear across the Salton from Salton City to a point near Bombay Beach...
