Keith Leaman wearing epoxied Cortinas on "Roman Nose" 5.9+ 1966. This quality formation contained several excellent routes, made inaccessible by the 1971 dam. FA Lee Harrell early '60s.
There were five routes visible from this view:
1. A 5.7 on the far left.
2. Two 5.9s in the center, "Runny Nose". FA Lee Harrell mid '60s.
3. A 5.10+ "Roman Nose" just left of the climber, FA Lee Harrell,
FFA John Long ?.
4. A FA that Paul Gleason and I called the "Sickle"-a 5.11R done in 1969- which went up the dark streak to the right, and past the sickle-
shaped flake above. Apr 5, 2013
