OMG! John Hoffman... One of the climbing gods of Donner Summit in days gone by. I'm following in his footsteps again, climbing on Social Security, and planning to do this climb this summer. Oh, for the good old days when I could lead 5.11c and John could make me look like an awkward bumbler! And here we are in our Medicare years, climbing 5.8 and having a glorious time of it!
