Gorilla Head - This is off the SE buttress of East Osceola, just outside of the Greeley Ponds Scenic Area at 44.00047, -71.51180. It is best approached from Waterville Valley via the Greeley Ponds trail, then turning up left on the Timber Camp Trail. Once you get up closer, you have to bushwhack across the small Greeley Brook and up to the crag. The bushwhacking is pretty thick at times. Figure close to a couple hours to hike in from the parking. <br>

I didn't see much that was really boulderable, just a few so-so small things. It might be worth another look further NE though (suggest without a pad first) Mar 3, 2017
How big do you reckon those boulders are? Apr 25, 2016
