Tim Slater begins the crux of the Broadway Traverse, 8/05. We approached using running shoes and one axe. We first tried chopping steps up Lamb's, but that was way to much work. The moat was a grovel but more efficient.

An unknown group of climbers leaves Lambs Slide and begins the traverse across Broadway to reach Kiener's. Early fall can be an excellent time to catch this route in fun conditions, with easy snow up Lambs Slide and across Broadway, then primarily warm and dry rock on the more sunny aspects of Kieners.
