The old 5th bolt and the one that started the talk of rebolting the route. A seemingly good and new Fixe Triplex bolt, the hanger fell off after repeated whippers loosened the nut. Look closely and you can see the upper part of the hanger doesn't sit flush, helping the nut loosen and fall off.
