Left of Monolith is an extremely overhung beautiful rounded edged finger crack that goes through the bulge. There are no foot holds. It would be a reasonable cam trad aid start and above a blank friction wall for 30ft. Free it would be very, very difficult. Aug 27, 2012

I really just want to pull directly out and over the steepest part of that bulge. Has this been done? Looked at? Aug 27, 2012

The lower half of this photo shows Chris Buckley's Arete below the large overhang. Probable to connect the Arete with Giimoozaabi and there are two easily dropped large rocks blocking the way. Trouble with these rocks is they will likely go far down the mountain being dropped into the gully. Very dangerous and lower traverse won't happen until these rocks are gone. Aug 22, 2012
