watch where you put your hands!!! 4-5 foot rattler seen in echo cove right at the base of the climbs.

three of us (myself on wall, two friends below waiting to start) on the solo warmup circuit in echo cove. a great way to get the head ready for the day's climbing.

Casey soloing around hidden valley cg for a warm down to end the day. awesome solo circuit through this cg. on this day we had 6 people conga lining it on the solo circuit!

leading clean and jerk, a very easy 10c by jtree standards. (should be 5.9 with the nerd gate)
