ah. you caught the West Fork bug...

you can access GoW as you would for Engagement, except you would take the gully at the base of the wall instead of going up the hill... it starts off nice from near the other side of the creek, but gets pretty gnarly higher up. The first pitch is a fairly dirty looking chimney that Paul D. claims is 'not as bad as it looks' ;)

also, keep in mind that West Fork/Call o Canyon is in Wilderness area, so all bolts need to be placed by hand... Nov 30, 2012

I've been eyeing this route for some time but unfortunately have no information on it except that the access is right off of the West Fork Trail. There is also a red face to its left covered with climbs waiting to be developed. Not to mention the huge looming wall just before it in the canyon. Please contact me if you are interested in approaching these projects! I am currently expanding the sport routes in Pumphouse Wash, just above the wash at its main climbs before the 5.10 Wall. Climb on my friend, and please be in touch! Nov 30, 2012
