“The "Mantle" move. Press down with left hand on slick, nearly vertical mantle. Right hand pulls on good undercling. Right foot up high on tiny clam shaped foothold praying to the rock gods (They don't exist) it doesn't pop off as you throw your hip up timing it so your knee doesn't get jammed into your armpit causing irreversible and catastrophic failure.
