"Feed yourself into the offwidth. Expect no mercy." Leading P2 of Abracadaver. Even though it wasn't one of the crux pitches, I found this to be the most strenuous pitch by far.

"Feed yourself into the offwidth. Expect no mercy." Leading P2 of Abracadaver. Even though it wasn't one of the crux pitches, I found this to be the most strenuous pitch by far.

pitch one

The rap straight back down abra with two ropes is fine and with the disadvantage of tagging a second rope, you conveniently end up right back at your packs. But if you are looking to rap with a single rope and ditch the tag line, this photo shows the starting anchor of a single rope descent climbers left of the top out on abra. The only downside is that you have to scramble, squeeze and walk back to your packs from the base of the single rope rap.
