After hours of scavenging construction sites and cutting 2x4 with my letherman (eventually I bought a hand saw) this is what I could come up with. Currently just a set of large rungs (shaved down and rounded off with the letherman as well).

Next weekends project...crack machine attachment...ahhh I can't wait for overhanging perfect hands....maybe I will finally learn how to properly ring lock.
