There's some really great rock in Rock Canyon, both in the quartzite and limestone. But this wall ain't where it's at. It's fun, to be sure, but it takes a certain kind of climber to feel that way. Climbing on this crap, though, is good training for the desert :) Nov 26, 2009
I get all of that. I've done a ton of routes on chossy rock that climb very well. Its a lot like riding a moped... or a cow... (we all get that)

It was just funny to find this one of the featured photos on the front page? I mean, how could this pile of choss be among the classic pics on all of mountainproject? Nov 27, 2009
